« Laurent Lamarche convoque un dialogue intime entre nature et artifice afin de mettre en intrigue la transformation de la matière par la création d’organismes vivants fictionnalisés, de formes étranges et hybrides à la frontière entre les univers microcosmiques et macrocosmiques, marins et terrestres. Ses œuvres questionnent explicitement la relation entre l’artiste et le scientifique fasse à la transformation de la matière.
